In 2019 Andy Bibbings, who works on St Michaels Mount and whose wife Sarah was treated at The Sunrise Centre, set out to raise funds for Sunrise and the Headland & Mermaid  Centres.

One of Andy’s challenges was to have his head shaved and his wonderful efforts raised a total 0f £5,720 for the three charities.

Earlier this month Andy called in to the Sunrise Centre with his wife Sarah and Linda Lydeard (far left, who works with Andy on The Mount and who also was involved with the fund raising) to present Dr Thompson with a cheque for £1,240.00.
